Reliable Mechanical Solutions was not built by a corporation. It was built by Will Ramsey—a United States Army veteran, father of seven, and tradesman with more than 25 years of HVAC and mechanical experience.
Will served his country in the United States Army, including a tour in Iraq. Today, he is a 100% service-disabled veteran, but he has never allowed that to define what he is capable of accomplishing. He continues to work tirelessly, lead from the front, and provide for the people who depend on him.
That determination is the foundation of Reliable Mechanical Solutions.
Will did not build RMS simply to create another heating and air-conditioning company. He built it to support his family, create opportunities for his employees, serve his community, and establish something meaningful that his family can be proud of.

Will’s approach to business comes from the values that have guided his life: family first, service before self, and integrity in every decision.
The company’s motto,

More Than 25 Years of Mechanical Experience
Will brings more than 25 years of industrial, commercial, and residential HVAC experience to every RMS project.
Before founding Reliable Mechanical Solutions, he managed HVAC operations for General Motors. He was responsible for large-scale environmental control systems, industrial cooling equipment, facility performance, and the demanding standards of an active manufacturing environment.
That experience taught him how to manage complex systems where safety, reliability, and downtime matter. Today, he applies the same discipline to every RMS project—whether his team is working inside a major commercial facility or helping a family restore air conditioning to their home.
Under Will’s leadership, Reliable Mechanical Solutions has completed work for some of North Texas’s most recognized facilities and organizations, including Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Dallas Baptist University, the Garland Veterans Affairs Medical Center, the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, Chef Tim Love’s Lonesome Dove Restaurant, and many more.
While Will is proud of the company’s large commercial and government projects, he believes the size of a job should never determine the level of care it receives. A family without air conditioning in the Texas heat deserves the same urgency, honesty, and attention as a major commercial client.
